شركت prolab.ltd دارويي به بازار عرضه كرده است به نام uricon.
اين دارو به شكل قرص هايي حاوي 50 ميلي گرم فنيل پروپانول آمين هيدروكلرايد مي باشد و مورد اثر آن درمان بيماري بي اختياري در دفع ادرار سگ هاي ماده مي باشد و اين عمل را با اثر براسفنگتر مجراي ادرار انجام مي دهد.
دز پيشنهادي اين دارو 5/1 ميلي گرم به ازاي هر كيلوگرم وزن بدن حيوان مي باشد كه دو بار در روز تجويز مي گردد. |

از اين مطلبي كه نوشتيد سپاسگذارم من يك سگ ماده آپارتماني دارم كه همچين مشكلي دارد طفلكي خيلي هول ميشه و جيش مي كنه
اين دارو را ازكجا مي شود تهيه كرد من آمي ترپتلين را امتحان كردم يكمي بهتر شد ولي نه خيلي |

توجه داشته باشيد كه اين پست مربوط به 2 سال پيش است و اين دارو ديگر جديد محسوب نمي شود. از طرفي تركيب موثره آن يعني فنيل پروپانول آمين هيدروكلرايد بعنوان ضد احتقان بطور مثال در تركيب دارويي قرص هاي سرماخوردگي وجود دارد.
متاسفانه اطلاعي در مورد وجود آن در ايران ندارم. براي اطلاع بيشتر لينك زير مربوط به فروشگاهي در خارج است كه اين قرص را عرضه مي كند درج مي كنم

Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
Description
UriCon chewable tablets contain 25 mg of phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride. Phenylpropanolamine is an α-adrenergic agonist which has been shown to increase urethral sphincter pressure in dogs. Loss of urethral sphincter tone and decreased sphincter pressure is associated with urinary incontinence in ovariohysterectomized or anestrous dogs.
UriCon 25 mg Indications
UriCon is indicated for the control of urinary incontinence caused by urethral sphincter incompetence in female dogs.
Dosage & Administration
The recommended dose of UriCon is 3 mg per kg body weight per day, divided into two or three equal oral doses. Some patients may achieve an adequate clinical response with a lower dose. Dosage may be rounded to the nearest 6.25 mg for practical dosing.
Warnings
Not for human use. Keep this and all drugs out of reach of children. UriCon should be avoided or used cautiously in dogs with glaucoma, cardiac disease, hypertension, renal insufficiency, and diabetes mellitus.
Precautions
UriCon should not be administered with other sympathomimetic drugs or tricyclic antidepressants, nor within two weeks of a monoamine oxidase inhibitor because of the risk of acute hypertension. UriCon may increase the risk of cardiac arrhythmias from halogenated gaseous anesthetics. Possible side-effects include restlessness, irritability, tachycardia, hypertension, and anorexia. It may take several days for the full benefit of the drug to be seen. Missed doses may negate the desired effect.
Adverse Reactions
Adverse reactions related to administration of UriCon may include restlessness, irritability, tachycardia, hypertension, urinary retention and anorexia.
Storage
Store between 2°-30°C (36°-86°F). Keep container tightly closed.

UriCon tablets are available in 60 count and 180 count bottles.
